    Gosia Szczesniak : Architect

My name is Gosia and I am an experienced architect passionate about creating thoughtful, bespoke residential designs.

I graduated with a Master’s in Architecture from Poland in 2006 and have since built my career in the UK, gaining extensive experience working with award-winning architectural practices in the Cotswolds, specializing in residential architecture.

With over a decade of expertise in the UK, I focus on designing extensions, barn conversions (including Dutch barns), garage conversions, and loft conversions.

Since 2016, I have been a registered architect with the Architects Registration Board (ARB).

My work includes preparing planning drawings, building regulation packages, and guiding clients through the formal planning process to help them achieve planning permissions smoothly and efficiently.

Currently, I work closely with Tyack Architects based in the Cotswolds, while also supporting other practices, including Thomas Studio Architects, Lewis Critchley Architects, and Alex Clive Building Design.

Based in Ledbury, Herefordshire, my practice serves clients across Herefordshire, Worcestershire, and Gloucestershire, blending the unique character of these regions into my designs.

I also work remotely, utilizing modern tools like Teams and Zoom, enabling me to deliver tailored design solutions to clients regardless of location.

My approach is always client-focused: I take the time to understand your vision, adapt to your needs, and ensure that your project is both functional and beautifully crafted.

From small-scale extensions to the restoration and transformation of listed buildings, my goal is to create architecture that enhances lives, respects its context, and endures over time.
